Here, Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen interviews Sheryl Sandberg on “Empowering Women and Fostering Gender Equality.” Laura is the indefatigable instructor of philanthropy at Stanford, pioneering the first class on the subject at any school of higher education.

Sandberg: “Men still run the world, and it’s not going that well. COVID was a recent example. Countries run by women had better outcomes, even as they pursued diverse strategies.”

“We need more women to run countries. And religions. None of the leaders of the world’s major religions are women.”
