The Purple Phoenix
The bottom part of this rocket is indestructible, perhaps from our experiment with a kevlar-epoxy wrap. It has spent a winter lost in these fields, through the rain, snow and nibble of rodents. We rebuilt the coupler and tried a K160 motor with a looooong 10-second burn. Oh, and the parachute peeled off like parchment bringing her in a little rough and snapping in half on landing (for an easy repair once again).
