   We were inside the church, at the center of his castle compound in Hollywood Hills
   
   The cross on top matches the one tattooed on the back of his neck.

   And then I learned that I was one of four science speakers in a salon format, so I improvised off the cool topics that came before me…
   

   leading to some playful banter (with Lawrence Bender on the right)
   
   I noticed the New Order poster over my head and had to ask –
   yes, that was one of Moby’s key influences.
