   First set of motors, no problem…
   

   Staging to the sparkies (you can see the residual burnout of the prior motors at the rocket’s base):
   

   Then, boom, one of them melts through
   

   Instant sky writing
   

   Dropping a flame-thrower on us gently… =)

   Prognosis?? Bad design? Bad motor build..? Too many motors? Sparkies causing the issues? Just curious

   Preheat / overheat from adjacent motors? Traditional staging ejects the previous stage vs. retaining the casings & associated heat.
