   To pull this off, they started her prep at 3:30 am, and she had to stage the shots to avoid hypothermia.
   As you’ll see at the end, she was quite deep at time; she trained as a free diver.

   Scott Cook was our gracious host, and my kayak buddy:
   

   I noticed a huge V of diverse birds on the beach. Never seen that on land before.
   
   Do they arrange that way to minimize the draft of the offshore breeze?
