Perhaps this is peculiar, but I have personally never sold a share of a startup that we have invested in at work, and I never will. There is something refreshingly soothing about not trying to time the market with anxiety about the ups and downs, and instead keeping an eye on the dreams of the entrepreneur in the distance.
