   The "genetica" is a nice touch… Straight from the movies. The pigs rustling in the forest reminded me of Lord of the Flies…

   heh – it wasn’t that interesting… but i’ll repeat it for the sake of posterity 🙂

   i love the fact "presidio" isn’t translated; wondering if "holds dominion over this land" would be more suitable?

   this reminds me of the simulated evacuation scenario from Close Encounters.

   i was thinking about this sign, and it occured to me yesterday that "The Presidio" was indeed a film, starring – among others – Sir Sean Connery, who was about 200 metres away from me (at the EIFF) when I remembered this fact.
