  1. Did you get a chance to visit the ancient theatre ?
Some cities in France have one =) It s always the best place to feel the "old time".
As a kid i always wondered, how life was. Why the streets were like that, and not in an other way. Why was there small windows at the floor level etc..
Vaison la Romaine is one of this town, were you can connect with history at every corner =) And that s one of the beauty of France or Europe i think.

  2. One more reason why I’ve been using your photos for my computer backgrounds.

  3. Fantastic light. I see you’ve moved on to a proper dSLR now 🙂

  4. I wonder what your route is. If you have time, you should make a little detour to Plaisians and eat in the Auberge de la Clue. A real insider’s tip, one of my all-time favourites (the village AND the restaurant).

  5. What a good timing for this picture.

  6. thanks for the tag!:) you are traveling a lot in Europe and on bikes, really cool. thanks for sharing your pict, nice to get introduced new places…inspiring. flicker is nice place to sneak;) around what people do and there go, better than any travel magazine or show could be!

  7. Just played this image in paintpoker, had to check it out. Great shot! A lot of Steve’s images are on paintpoker btw because he’s gracious enough to (cc) them.
