   That is a gorgeous puma!

   They showed on the news last night and more so tonight how polar bears might be extinct in 25 years because of global warming. Polar Bears That is a sad, sad, thing. Not good news on Earth Day.

   We all must realize our responsibility to our Mother Earth. It is just like our house that we must continuously upkeep.

   Vancouver Island has the densest concentration of cougars in North America. She is the dramatic comeback kid, having been hunted almost to extinction.

   She does not roar, but has a deep subwoofer purr.
