   There’s a very similar vehicle everyone calls the "toy car" seen driving around Victoria, Canada for years.

   There’s another similar kind of car in Kansas City, although that guy’s has a religious bent. I haven’t been able to get a pic of it yet, but I’m glad you caught this one!

   There’s a bunch of those up here in Portland. Once I saw a van COMPLETELY covered in disposable cameras. We call them the ‘artcars’ here.

   Art Cars, you say? That’s a pretty nifty sight, but it probably won’t be easy to find a particular art-car. It might be up there nonetheless. This site documented that Houston gathering, as well.

    This car is is owned by Toe Knee Stanger who I see around Palo Alto. He had a television program on Mid Peninsula Cablevision.
