Photo of the plastic grating on Watson’s book DNA (from another angle, it shows a bee on yellow flowers). It was a great honor to have him sign it at The Future of Life conference. Here’s a photo of Watson now, and as a 24 years old… when his two hour brainstorm with Crick changed the world.

Note: the ripples of the Moire pattern on the right depends on the image size. It is not pronounced in the original size photo.
