oh, how beautiful – i love the colours! the sound of water dripping is such a relief to those of us who have been socked in by winter all these dark winter months. i feel awakened and refreshed just looking at this! thank you!

This is fantastic– I love the near replication of the image in the water drops. Refraction makes a better subject than reflection, I think, if only because it keeps the image of a camera out of a nature photo, hehe!
This picture works well, but do you think deeper focus, particularly with more water drops in focus, would help this picture, or hurt it?

The picture you link has more of what I was looking for, indeed!
Unfortunately I understand little about the effects caused by various combinations of exposure time, aperture, and focal-length, so I usually refrain from telling people how to take pictures, heh. Still, pictures like the above stimulate my "what would happen if…" behavior, which is a good thing.
