   Maybe if the owner of the truck had found some gold, he could afford to make the truck street legal. Notice that the exhaust is not hooked up to the the bottom of the muffler. Also, that little window in the door was prescribed by what ever Federal transportation department that oversees truck manufacturing specs. It was intended to add visibility to that blind spot near the front right tire. That window is so dirty I don’ think the driver could see through it even if he thought to do so. When in my trucking career I usualy had stuff stacked on the floor covering that window.
