Rational of the sign:
considering that presumably everyone has been taught by their parents and other adults to never touch electricity, few people would actually think of touching an electric wire in a subway. I expect that a fine would be for those who venture too close.Humour of the sign:
considering that everyone loves a good laugh, it does not really matter if the sign is real or fake. Would you question the logic or veracity of what you would see or read in a comic strip? The point of posting the photo of this sign is to make us laugh.I am the 29465th person to get a good laugh!
