   A Ray Kurzweil prediction coming true…several times over past decade, Ray has observed that by ingesting all of a person’s writings, video/audio interviews, photos, social media posts etc. a sufficiently advanced AI would be able to impersonate that human’s writing style, POV, depth of knowledge etc. to the point where most other humans would not be able to tell the difference…essentially creating an immortal AI Alt.human version of the person… LLMs have taken this almost all the way to fruition here in 2025…pretty wild. Its also humbling to think that ingestion of the entire life output of even the most prolific human thinker/writers is a matter of a few seconds of training time for current scale LLM algos… From a metaphysical & teleological perspective, merging of all virtual humans into one massive meta-human LLM/personality represents the ultimate dissolution of ego (all become one), and "purpose" of humanity as a hive mind/super intelligence generator…which is existentially a fairly massive concept for mankind to stare down/grok (in the Heinleinian sense)…
