Estonia has donated the largest GDP % of any country to the Ukrainian military effort. Any country that Russia has occupied knows the abject horror of that experience.

Kallas spoke to us a couple months ago at the Digital Society Summit + Future of Freedom. Here and below are a couple shots I took of that. She is an impressive leader, and Estonia is a global leader in digital governance and cyber-defense (facing incessant attack attempts from Russia).
