Reflecting in/on Sputnik
With one guest interested in Mars and another in astrobiology, we went to the TRW Viking Lander Biology Instrument, the only intact unison Earth (two are on Mars). Recent reevaluation of the data from it support the possibility that it discovered the signature of life of Mars, despite opposite conclusions being drawn at the time.
