It’s just another Meteoritic Monday ☄
On Sunday, I broke out my good camera for the new arrivals from outer space:
1) Green glowing gems found in Tibet
2) Huge rare rock from Mars
3) Beautiful ungrouped pallasite — the mantle and core of a shattered proto-planet
4) Pristine carbonaceous chondrite with some grains from alien solar systems older than ours!
5) Super fresh fusion crust from a recent fall
6) Magic Metal from Namibia
7) An odd conglomerate (impact melt breccia)
B) Another primitive ungrouped carbonaceous chondrite, part of a new proposed “CT Group”
