2023 will be a pivotal year, with MDMA approval and rescheduling by the DEA as well as psilocybin decriminalization in Oregon commencing from the recent ballot initiative. After decades of effort to gain access, the imperative shifts to provision of care (100K therapists need to be trained) and reimbursement (trials for PTSD need to be done with veterans in the VA).
