With Thor Halvorssen at the Oslo Freedom Forum, before he presented the Havel Prize for Creative Dissent to satirical cartoonist Badiucao.
While unveiling the Beijing Olympics boycott posters, Badiucao explains: “In this work, you will see all the crimes against humanity by the Chinese government. From the total surveillance on its own citizens, to the coronavirus spreading to the world because of its early censorship…” (his opinion) and note the symbol on the chest of the target — video

And in a lighter moment… before interviewing the democratically elected President of Belarus (now in exile), HRF Chariman Garry Kasparov had trouble with the AV system and quipped: “you know, computers hate me.”
It reads: "Authoritarianism, totalitarianism, extremism and dictatorship are the viruses eating up people’s lives and future. They are contagious and deadly. Freedom is the vaccination for these viruses, and art is the syringe needed to pierce the thick skin of censorship. The Chinese government stands as one of the worst human rights violators of the world today."
