1) SAOCOM 1B, Aug 30, 2020, Earth Observation Satellite for Argentina’s Space Agency, with ride-shares for PlanetiQ and Capella. This was the first polar-orbit launch from the East Coast since 1969. SAOCOM carries L-band microwave radars and infrared cameras which allow it to see through clouds and at night.
2) ANASIS-II, July 20, 2020, South Korea’s first dedicated military communications satellite, delivered into a geostationary orbit (GEO) over the Korean Peninsula.
