Bishop is the first commercially-funded airlock module for the ISS; it will be attached to the Tranquility module of the ISS, allowing for the Canadarm 2 to attach it to one of the stations berthing ports where it will be used for deploying small satellites brought up to station on future missions.

  1. Bishop in prep. The structure on the right top (with secondary on left side) is for the Canadarm 2 to grip to remove BIshop from the Dragon trunk and swing it around to attach to the ISS. More

  2. That is an impressive animation. I used to create some relatively simple animations using STK. No where near this capability. OTOH that was ten years ago.
