an incredible image dissolved into view late last night.

At a friend’s party, they had the old school direct-to metal photo studio (popular in the 1860s) in a hidden room behind a secret passage through the book shelf. The molecular silver process reacts to the ultraviolet, so it sees details in faces and eyes that we can’t see (e.g., my eyes and her freckles). So this is how she looks to the birds and the bees. 🐝 🐦 And my eyes look whitish from the Raleigh scattering shift to short wavelengths.
