   This collection of hybrid human / animal portraits is intriguing, and hints at the market synergy Memphis Meats could be considering between their cell cultivation technology and a company like 23andme that deals with human genomic information.

   Maybe we could send them biological material containing human genetic sequences we’re interested in — e.g. a strand of hair of a person we admire or loathe.

   The extracted gene sequences would then be incorporated into the cells Memphis Meats grows.

   Based on the "you are what you eat" principle, one could then eat, and symbolically appropriate the virtues and abilities of a person one admires (J-S Bach ?)

   Or one could use the cultivated flesh meat piece to make more intertwined (and thus more potent) voodoo dolls, in case the genetic information encoded in the meat pertains to a person one loathes.
