Nathan Myhrvold showing us the mold in which the centrifuged corn (2% yield of the tasty bits) reformed into a corn shape: Then came the heavenly slow-cooked pastrami… We got the meat: What follows is a photo sequence of the dishes. The second dish was the pea pod assemblage on the right: Those delicious pea butter snacks were also prepared in the centrifuge, spinning over an hour to separate frozen peas into a pure green pea extract, creating the most intense flavor imaginable. The left over pea juice (the lighter proteins) became the base of the third dish, the "pea stew".
The quali egg (top right) looks raw… but it contains no quail or egg:
I asked, and sure enough, the funky dish was inspired by gravitational waves, prior to the LIGO discovery:
