Gates created a mockup of an Ebola field hospital so people could understand the challenges first hand. Seth Berkley, M.D. (former CEO of the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) and now CEO of vaccine alliance organization Gabi) tries to get the bio-suit off, and it is quite a struggle over the boots.
