Congrats to Neal East and the Xtime team on their sale to Cox: http://www.bizjournals.com/sanjose/news/2014/11/14/325m-xtime-sale-to-cox-looks-like-a-score-for.html

I spent 12 years on the board, and when we led the restart financing in 2002, after the dot com crash, many sage investors told me that an operating enterprise software company can’t possibly survive a cut back to seven people, and the other major VC investor dumped their shares with a loss of faith.

Neil East, Adam Galper and the team did an incredible job sticking through thick and thin to build a great business against all odds at the outset. Today, with 6,000 customers, Xtime’s Service CRM software processes more than 2.5 million service appointments each month for dealerships generating about $6 billion annually for the stores. And thanks to Heidi Roizen for taking the DFJ baton and helping get across the finish line! Kudos y’all!
