   bike-R — I’m thinking HER…. @Nikki Gordon-Bloomfield — they need to do the EV retrofit first (I’ll keep the plans mum for now). But it will need a bit of work… I think the copilot should be an autopilot this time around (so you can skin it with the gender of your choice…=) And then go cruising…

   uh, I would go with a 1/4 scale model to test the hydro-dynamics of this design and the systems integration of tanks . pc’s and thrusters, etc, besides why would U tear up such an iconic prop from the 007 movie history when another car can be made better and with more modern tech?

    A recent article from his trip to the U.K. confirms the plan:

    "Maybe we’ll make a flying car, just for fun," said Elon Musk. From any other businessman, such a statement would be a joke.

    He… is now turning a boyhood fantasy into reality. "We will be making a submarine car. It can transition from being a submarine to a car that drives up on the beach. Maybe we’ll make two or three, but it wouldn’t be more than that. It’s not like we’d sell it, because I think the market for submarine cars is quite small," he chuckled."
