Congrats to Dean Drell!
Glad to see that the news is out. After 90 years of Deans that were mostly guys from my department of EE, she will be the first woman and the first leader from outside the school of Engineering. (I served as the outside member of the Dean selection committee and continue on the Dean’s Advisory Council.)
