Scott produced the Hangover movies, and founder of the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC).

Prophet Walker entered prison at age 16, but continued his education, and thanks to AB 260, got out and found a $110/hour job within a week of leaving prison. Today he running for State Assembly, and he is the front runner.

Scott: “America has 25% of the prisoners and 5% of the population. We are number 1 in incarceration, ahead of Saudi Arabia, Russia and China. We spend $9K a year on educating a child, and $200K a year to incarcerate them. That’s 5x the cost of Harvard. The prison system has a $14 billion budget and a 74% recidivism rate for 18-25 year olds.”
