B612 Foundation cofounder astronauts Edward Lu and Rusty Schweickart at DFJ preview the video they unveiled publicly today: http://vimeo.com/92478179 It shows the impact frequency of asteroid impacts on Earth as detected by the infrasound sensor arrays that monitor underground nuclear weapon testing, and recently released by the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization. It’s been blind luck so far as we did not see any of them coming, and now that we can sense the ones hitting the ocean, the frequency is 3-10x prior estimates.
