Crash Video. The Kamanu racing frame was no match for the waves pounding against the lava. The owner is fine, albeit with sea urchin spines in foot. The problem arose when his outrigger filled with water, making it useless.

    Does not look like the canoe has suffered a lot of damage – at least this part of it. I am sure it is a total write-off
