   More photos Melinda: “We come at things from different angles, and I think that’s really good. Bill can look at the data and say, “I want to come at it based on these statistics.” I talk to a lot of people, and ask, “Can you get a woman to accept those polio drops in her child’s mouth?” The delivery is every bit as important as the science.”

   “We knew 210 million women were saying they wanted access to contraceptives. We weren’t providing them because of political controversy in our country. To me, that was just a crime. I finally realized I had to do it. Even though I’m a Catholic, I believe in contraceptives, just like most Catholics.”

   That must without a doubt be the best part of having that level of wealth, being able to make a lasting and observable difference to many people’s lives.
