The cooling pipes for the quantum computers at the new D-Wave HQ. And they can use the municipal water supply as a backup cooling reservoir if needed. (The pipes reminded me of my first semi fab plant construction tour when I was six years old)

The uninterruptible power system with megawatt generator set was quite a sight as well, below.

I remember for a while one of the megaflops champions was the liquid nitrogen cooled ETA-10. I also remember how happy people were when computers stopped requiring plumbing.

Scaling up from a (similar but smaller) cryocooling system I had installed long ago, the municipal water backup cooling will cost about $5000 per day and that generator about $10,000 per day. Ouch.

Until recently I worked in a building with 5 Mw of diesel generators and flywheel UPS. I always wanted to toss a wrench into the flywheel enclosure to see what would happen.
