The Underground Tunnel to the Stanford Library
Passing the knowledge to the next generation… The grating to gain access to the tunnel that leads to the HVAC room drop… with its door to the stairway to the attic and roof… it still works 25 years later… as we verified today. Since my last visit, when were were held siege on the roof by the police for a bit, but escaped through the same tunnel (like Hogan’s Heroes), they have added a chain and padlock, but, shhhhhhh… just like the gates that keep cars from driving up to the Dish, they are easily overcome with a bit of child-like ingenuity…
