Adrienne Foley kicks it overhead in minstrels’ gallery of Stonebrook Manor…as part of the musical soirée for Family and Chidren Services.

Performing Gerswin’s Porgy & Bess, Ain’t Necessarily So. Almost a stage dive…

(I went for ISO 6400 and f/2 to let the 100mm zoom have a chance of freezing the motion)

  1. Great shot! Is she a singer and ballet dancer? That is incredible!
Ain’t Necessary and Summer Time are great songs.

  2. Beautiful capture… I use the exposure time preference setting, with a high ISO and multiple frames per second burst mode on a Canon 30D to capture the peak moments in the ballet performances in theatre. Look at my Arizona Ballet Theatre set. You have done a great job…

  3. Thanks. My philosophy: sometimes the blind squirrel finds a nut. =)

Here she is with Gary Fergusen, performing Carson’s Somethin’ Stupid…..

Her dance partner spies her from across the room…
