   I was proud to sneak this photo. We had already posed her with us outside of the house. She was so much fun and really, noone was talking to her. The family was kind of off to themselves. so we enjoyed her!

   Michele’s Mom, daughters as well as they do live a very surreal life.
   To Me they are handling it with much grace under pressure !
   The passion that drives is both Michele and Barack were given opportunities via
   programs that I believe came out of Lyndon Johnson’s term for equality… for education neither of their families could afford and of course being Black skin they broke ground for others in equality etc.. … Michele Princeton and Barack Harvard etc

   I have been in this same situation with my son Griffin getting scholarships to a Jr Boarding School, HS Boarding School and Now college in DC that has allowed him to grow according to his abilities rather then having to live with single deaf Mom as only parent who has been kept down partly to being female and partly not being able to run with wolves in being so clever with the BS !! No hearing does not allow verbal BS.

   For People like the Obama’s, myself, my son and many others who are given GIFTS to rise out of station in life there is much Passion to PAY BACK… To Give Back as way of appreciating the kindness and belief in you etc.. .

   Interesting the schools know this ! Why they Gift You in first Place !!
   They pick people who have the drive and passion to create good and change !
