Here we have the red hotline Gemini / Apollo interphones used by the USAF frogmen after capsule spashdown to communicate with the astronauts inside.

    I realize these are valuable historical artifacts, but aren’t you the least bit tempted to hook them up as a hot line to your secretary or partners?

    heh… so many temptations, I don’t know where to start.

    Might need to reconstitute the capsule first…

    Detailed shots… I was amazed to see them prominently displayed at the end of the new Apollo 11 movie for communications to Neil, Buzz and Michael in the mobile quarantine receiving lab
