    Seriously,I think eco tourism is a great thing…
    My fave idea is one of those "canopy" tents in the Amazon…

    But how well organized is the infrastructure….?
    And if it gets "too successful" then how will that be managed..?

Botswana has taken the strategy of low-volume (low-impact?) high-priced tourism. The concessions have only a few beds for thousands of acres. The biggest camp we saw had nine rooms.
