   It’s an interesting vehicle with a familiar design. For a nice electric commuter in the city or around town I’ve had my eye on a BugE for a while now. Here’s some video.

   You may need to specify what states consider this vehicle an amphibian. I think anything with less than four wheels is a "motorcycle" where I live.
