Keeper likes to peer from her perch, tracking the new cat in the house…
her predatory prowess belied by her belly…
looming large.

Her wild dilated eyes remind me of the attraction we have toward involuntary emotional signals – dilated eyes, raised tail… purring… and the flutter of her lower jaw when she sees a bird.

  1. Sure, rockets and gadgets are nice but this is a seriously cool image!

  2. The antithesis lives at our house. One is 19 years old blind and deaf and spends his days bumping into walls until he finally finds his food bowl, and then does it all over again returning to his pillow. Not a befitting end to an animal with such prowess. The other, a younger feral female, has cerebellar hypoplasia. Though cute as a button she is as uncoordinated as a circus clown. We love them both.

  3. Love it..my kind gargoyle!

  4. You could rename this one House Keeper.

    He really is big.

Interesting perspective giving this big cat the reign of his kingdom.

  5. yep, keeper is big… not as adorable as the little one though…

  6. Did you really think that you could fool me Steve ?

  7. there’s always a Daemon Keeper in the background…

    deja vu

  8. Funny, Clément!
Steve, Keeper looks part Maine Coon, & if so, that might explain some of his size…;-/?

  9. Steve, If you need to bring Keeper down from her perch you could hire this guy from India.

@ Steve papa tony : Yes Alain Robert is an amazing man. Got to see him once in "La Defense" Paris climbing a building. Escaladant le bâtiment, contre le vent, comme si tout était normal. "We all have a little bit of monkey in us" =) This is the kind of people pushing us to reach for the kids we all are deep inside, reminding us our first dreams and way of exploring the world. Climbing from our feet, the chair, the sofa, the bed, the stairs…one step at a time…like humanity =) climbing to the stars !

  13. Oh, want both croissants and the view with the french version… always liked those gargoyles… look very grotesque in a good way:) keeper of sorts, right:)
