Oh my, what on Earth? 🙂 you should come to our office, would love to see what you come up with. that said, pardon the ignorance, what is it (other than a puzzle)?
ok, I will say first that things are easier to guess when you know the answer! Or close to. Is this a very large subwoofer.
Before tonight I did not know the word or the "thing" called subwoofer so my guess may be really off. If this is it though, this would have to be rather expensive because it looks old enough to be one of the earliest.
Well, I am glad someone finally removed my downstairs neighbor’s speakers. You got them all, right?
Golly! That was my first guess just because these type entrapments were the original reason why I started following your pics. Then that second suggestion threw me off…
Nice late night entertainment, now I’ll go back to reading about all the useful companies y’all are funding.
You planning to build your own Saturn 1 now? I would love to see you hide a video camera at the entryway and post a video of your colleagues and staff as they enter the building. I bet we’d see many eyes rolling and heads shaking! =)
Looks like a ascent stage engine housing bell. Maybe the type attached to Aquarius? Oh yea, it has been fired too. Great work on the collection!!!
Beautiful view of the nozzle!
RL-10: Pratt and Whitney Lox/LH2 rocket engine Weight: 131 kg (288 lb). Thrust: 66.70 kN (14,995 lbf); this is, it is 33 times larger than the Aerotech N2000 into your glorious V2, but with a burning time of 482s (instead of 7s).
