I noticed JJ Abrams doodling away during our group discussion, and he kindly gave me his proto-bounty hunter afterward.

Spending the weekend with George Lucas may have had an influence. =)

I asked if he draws to think. Absolutely, he replied.

No surprise there perhaps. It reminds me of the build to think mantra of product design firm IDEO.

    Would make perfect sense….the best way to come up with ideas is to stimulate the creative part of the brain! Perhaps that’s why I always come up with "crappy ideas" while I’m performing colonoscopy!? (Sorry, I just couldn’t help myself)

    I just showed him this photo again four years later… And what a wild trip it’s been.

    10 years ago, he formed his production company, and called it Bad Robot, a prescient nod to Westworld… J.J. Abrams, “Apple Fanatic”
