   The mind works in strange ways. I have been contemplating a trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone most of spring and summer. Today, during a procedure I found my mind wantering. Suddenly, I remembered seeing this photo several days ago. My next thought was that you should have had a pair of lederhosen to really make this photo "pop". I certain the anesthsia today was given only to the patient, and I swear that I didn’t inhale!
