Seven kittens spilled out meowing for mom this morning.
She showed up soon afterward, delighted to see milk and tins of tuna.
3.5 weeks old here.

One bit of info, however, cows milk may not be the best for mom…cats are lactose intolerant! -
I don’t know if you have seen the mistake but the sighn is wrong. It should be written "TIGERS" not dog…

Very sweet. I remember growing up when not every cat you got was pre-spade/neutered. Not that that’s a bad thing, just a simpler time. Having kittens around was such a pleasure. Quick… gotta get off this page before my daughter comes in and wants one!

I lived with two vet students while studying medicine. It’s one of the few things I remember them discussing. If the cats are out of doors you really may not notice. Plenty of my lactose intolerant patients seem undaunted and use it as a laxative! Lactase is not supposed to be an inducible enzyme in cats or humans, but who knows?
