Found this blacksmith in the woods today.
He told me that there are three places not to catch falling objects — the butchers, blacksmith and bear market.

the 3-B’s … very funny.
when i was a kid, we had a celebrated blacksmith, Jud Nelson, in our rural community … his shop was a gathering place, the barn a local community center, home to many witty jokes….Jud’s blacksmithing ended up at various museums, including some of "them fancy new york establishments." -
One of my best friend’s brothers used to be the blacksmith at Harpers Ferry National Park. I seem to recall that he often shared the same warning. Must be in the blacksmith guild’s handbook. 🙂
