The crabs also leave wonderful overnight patterns on the beach….. a trail of little sand balls formed as they lick them for algae.
How cool is that??????!!! The top one kind of looks like a dirt bike riding area from the air. Great find.
I love the evidence of a diligent random walk. The bottom is from one crab prospecting out from the upper right hole, and the top is from a pile of snails during a nocturnal rush hour traffic snarl.
