And how do they taste?
“Chicken of the Tree” is the local nickname for these ubiquitous creatures of the Costa Rican tropical forest.
The locals also say that they raid the nests of the green parrots that seem just as abundant in the trees. So I guess the iguanas are ovo-vegetarian.
