    This is the "Monument to Minin and Pozharsky", and the guy with the shield (not wheel ) is one of them

  10. For some people it may remind a Disney movie, though the reality has been more dramatic. The architect was made blind under the czar’s order to not let him build similar cathedral for other ruler…
