   that detail, and well sharpness, is just killing me. my 20d is refusing to focus properly and i can neither afford to replace it or afford the time send it in for repairs.

   2/3+289 – thanks! (The numerology has me spinning, 7 of 9. Sorry to hear about the 20)

   I was especially happy with the sharpness on this as this is a composite of three images, and I did not have a tripod.

   Great! I don’t see your camera info, but I assume it was taken with something very sharp from a trypod, to get so crisp poster size image. Or is the IS so good?

   Canon 5D Mark II. I did not have a tripod with me, so I improvised with the lava.
